At RefurbWeb PrintingShop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for refurbished printers purchased from our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging.
• Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

3. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• If the product shows signs of use beyond the original condition, a partial refund may apply.

5. Warranty Claims

All refurbished printers include a 90-day limited hardware warranty. This covers hardware defects not caused by misuse, damage, or consumables (such as toner or ink).

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Used consumables (ink/toner).
• Items without serial numbers or tampered warranty labels.
