1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

All refurbished printers include a 90-day limited hardware warranty. This covers hardware defects not caused by misuse, damage, or consumables (such as toner or ink).

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used consumables (ink/toner).
  • Items without serial numbers or tampered warranty labels.
